I have the right to decline any commission requests. If you do not want me to post the finished commission on social media, there is a 50% fee to not post it.
By using my artwork/graphics, you agree to these Terms of Service (TOS).
Revisions are available for every service I provide. The price per revision varies depending on the service.
I will only refund you if I cannot complete the Commissioned item.
If you are not satisfied with the finished commission, you are not allowed to issue a refund.
If you issue a refund, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.
Do NOT Claim, Redistribute, or Sell my work as your own. It will not be tolerated, and you will be blacklisted.

Personal Use: Profile pictures, wallpapers, banners, and non-monetized content. (Default on all services).
Commercial Use: Required for income-generating content. Not permitted to sell goods unless a Merch License is purchased.
Merch Use: Stickers, prints, apparel, etc. (300% fee on ALL services).
If you fail to respond within 4-5 business days of an update, your commission will be placed on hold.
Work will not continue until you respond.
Unresponsive for more than 4 weeks without notice results in cancellation without refund and blacklisting.
V-tuber Models: 2–4 months
All Bundle Packages: 1–2 months
Sub Badges/Emotes: 1–1.5 weeks
Minecraft Skins: 5–8 days
YCH: 5 days–2 weeks

Strict Prohibition: You are NOT permitted to use any of my artwork for AI training, machine learning, or as part of any generative AI dataset.
Running my work through AI "enhancers," "filters," or "generators" to alter or replicate the style is strictly forbidden.
